Commuters in Westchester and Putnam counties saw train service running close to normal Monday, but Rockland County rail riders remained in limbo. An NJ Transit spokeswoman said the agency does not know when trains will again run on the Pascack Valley Line, which carries more than 700 riders from stations in Pearl River, Nanuet and Spring Valley.
